We believe those who choose to don a badge and risk their lives for the betterment of their community are a rare breed, and have families with similar values and traits. We believe many of these traits to be innate.
When a family member is killed in the line of duty, those families continue to be cop families and continue to need the values of a police environment that they are accustomed to. As police in many different forms across the country, we all can personally relate to the loss a family incurs, and we reflect that loss on our own family. We find ourselves grateful that it is not us this time. We wish to support each other, because we understand the real possibilities we face every day. Now we can support each other in a streamlined fashion designed to ensure maximum benefits from our financial contributions.
